Might not happen bcz current ministry is looking forward on Duronto-not Garib Rath. The achievements in the past ministry normally is not accepted by the later members, bcz they try to introduce another thing and forgets the old ministry. That kind of politics is disturbing the introduction of a new Garib Rath in any route.
