Why doesn't IR introduce online concessional ticket reservation for the handicapped? This could work in much the same way as in the case of booking of concessional tickets for the Senior Citizens. The original disability certificate could be verified by the TT during the journey. The fact that a disabled person has to go all the way to the Ticket Booking centre (most of which are not disabled friendly) defeats the very purpose of this facility being provided by the IR.

Yes, you said about the real situation and about the sufferings of the disabled in booking reserved tickets. For senior citizens only two classifictions are provided in the concession, but for the disabled there are so many classifictions, that is why IR not allowing them, this my opinion only. Thank you.
