Is there any new WDP4B loco ocation for ERS ?
Its should be at at least an Electric Loco Shed in kerala at ERNAKULAM. There is no WAP7 to kerala even if the line are capable of handing a WAP7 train up to ERS.
Once SRR-MAQ line get electrified can we expect a loco shed?

Kerala electrc loco cicle is well maintained by Erode, Arakkonam and Royapuram.
The only possibility of an electric loco shed in Kerala in in Kochuveli(Trivandrum).
Tvc being the second most important and busiest station in south India has only a trip shed..

WAP-7 has just entered SR territorry-but still no loco shed-WAp-7 in the south is maintained at LGD depot shed as of now-Charminar is hauled by it to Chennai and Lalbagh/Kaveri express to Bangalore from there-slowly it wll penetrate in few years time
I think kochuveli can't accomodate an ELS due to the insufficiant area. Already a coach mentance shed as wellas pit line, stable line works are going on there.More Over an electric drip shed is at TVC. It is better to be a ELC at ERS for many reasons.
We can expect TVC mail and super fast may run with brand new RPM WAP-7 with in 1 year

Trip shed is not suitable for carrying out complicated repair work...
The shed at TVC is puny... Kochuveli has enough space to accomodate the loco...
We can soon expect locos of all types to be branded Kochuveli !!!
