Agreed to u on this these days u cannot say anything at times heavy wl gets cleared and on the other hand some very lil wl or rac even dont cnf...i have personally experienced it..!!!!
Well said and the worst affect is 3AC becuuz the Touts target 3ac than any other class and Garib Rath and Rajdhani in particular...Ladies and senior citizens have SS Quota what will the others do ...
