Yes u r correct the minimum eligiblity for special Trains, is to run for atleast 2 to 3 hrs late........ Bcoz their rakes will be hired on sharing bases.......
The spl train arrives SC on every monday by min 5 to 6 hrs late.
SC is short of platforms as many terminating trains need to be cleared from station.
6 and 7 are allotted for MMTS.
Only 8 no's will be in service.
