btw aisa koi criteria hai kya ki itni w/l se upar ho jaye to extra coah lag jaata hai in any train?

Naah ! Ye koi criteria nhi. But agar railways kisi prestigious train me over 200 wl dekhti hai to use majburi mein lagana hota hai extra coach. But this is not possible for all the highly waitlisted trains. SIRF KUCH TRAINS ME.
