I am having Tatkal Waiting ticket for Borivali to New Delhi of Garib Rath. Can i travel on this ticket.

Not allowed to travel on Reserved Compartments if the ticket is in W/L.Rule is more strict in Garib rath trains.
as I have mentioned, it is against rules to travel on WL ticket.. but people do travel in large numbers during peak season with WL tickets in SL.. and the TC doesn't mind as he too understands the situation..
