Dear Guest/Admin,
If we follow this then there is no issue will come . This is for better of the forum.
Do your homework before asking a question
Many questions can be answered faster with a bit of research at the extensive poststhan by posting to the forum. Before posting a question, make sure that you have exhausted all your sources. You may

save yourself time, and help list members focus on questions that aren’t as easily answered.
When asking a question, be specific
When you ask for help, give members all the information they need to answer your question. Remember, the more ambiguous you are, the more vague the replies may seem.
Behave like a professional and be mature
The list is full of people who have strong opinions. Debate - even heated debate -is inevitable and, in some cases, desirable. Remember, however, that the person you are debating with is likely knowledgebale. Also remember: your posts will be available for years to come in an archive. Do not write anything you will be embarrassed about later!
Assume others on the list know very little
Be helpful in your posts and be patient when you reply. We all draw blanks on an answer staring us in the face from time to time. Assume that’s why the question was asked, and respond with a link directly to the answer and/or describe where the answer can be found.
Be respectful of others’ sensitivities and backgrounds
There is a wide range of cultures represented on the list. What might pass for “OK” for you may be horribly rude to someone else. Please keep in mind that though this is an English list, not all of us are very good at it and typos creep in all the time.
Avoid vulgar, profanity-ridden remarks
Some people cannot abide by swearing while others are very good at it. Remember profane language makes you look immature, distracts from your message and prevents readers from seeing your point of view.
Avoid personal attacks
Attacking the person who made an argument is unnecessary. We are all here to learn, and none of us can do that while we’re calling each other names or questioning each other's intelligence. Read other members’ arguments carefully and respond to the points they make, not to their wording or to them personally. Everyone will learn more that way. And avoid off-list attacks. If you wouldn’t send it to the list, you probably shouldn’t send it in private, either.

Sir,
Unlike other sites, this site attracts the layman, who does not understand the intricacies of railways. He sees the first page opening and blog, and just posts.
Second being laymen, they don't understand what is PNR or GN/RLWL/GNWL etc.
That's why I have been stressing with the Moderator that despite multiple postings, all bloggers must answer IF THEY KNOW the answer, and NOT

tell them to do multiple postings! Who has the time to note down the post number? And why should they? Plus is it so difficult for those of us who can quickly find out the info and HELP the person.. so on and so forth.
As far as the rest of your post is concerned, Spoken like a true IRFCAn ! I am there too.. while you may have taken a different id here, my id is the same in IRFCA :)
Good wishes.
