Hi _ I'm way out here in California and need to know what DMU means .. I want to go from Agra to Bandikui Junction and there is a train 317NCR DMU... but I can't book it .. can anyone please please tell me why?

DMU - Diesel Multiple Unit!!
Its Shuttle type version, which isnt been hauled by Electric Loco, but do have twin Diesel Loco @ both start & end, sometimes one in middle too (As MEMU/EMU works with 3 Electric motor)!!
Its all together unreserved passenger service & hence cant be booked!!
