Precast concrete is a construction product produced by casting concrete in a reusable mold or "form" which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place.
RCC means Reinforced Cement Concrete.
In simple words, a rectangular concrete box with shorter sides open is created first, and is placed perpendicular under the track by clearing off the earth, looking like a small tunnel or subway allowing pedestrian/road traffic.
