in our open for almost every thing type democracy any one is free to say(or do).same is not possible in China.

if you biased with any country then it is difficult to understand the motto of this blog.
if you say india is not capable of doing such operation i totally deny. We can expect a bullet train soon i m sure in next five we will be able start construction. the point is we could have started such operation in 5 year earlier if we think of importance but the problem is politics only if you want to compare both countries politics you will get the answer

देश में हाई स्पीड की ट्रेनों को चलाने की कवायद शुरू हो चुकी है। देश के छह रूटों पर हाई स्पीड ट्रेन चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसके लिये सर्वे का काम लगभग पूरा हो चुका है। अब टेंडर का काम शुरू होने जा रहा है। इस योजना को संचालित करने के लिये रेल मंत्रालय ने गुरुवार को नेशनल हाई स्पीड रेल आथोरिटी का गठन करने का प्रस्ताव दिया है। आथोरिटी ही रेल मंत्रालय के अधीन इस प्रोजेक्ट का सारा काम देखेगी।
