I've seen this train with TKD WDM 2A @ NBS...was clocking well above 107 kmph while crossing 15960.Infact same location 12424 passed 25 mts back at around 98 kmph with SGUJ WDP4.So WDM 2A has more power than WDP-4B(because CC was same).
