Would be the biggest point of disagreement. Sorry for that however.
1) Only 2 berths per coach offering sleeping accommodation are reserved for LB Quota. (Except FC and 1AC)
2) Charting for FC and 1AC are done manually. Other than this, charting for all other classes are done automatically by system.
3) For all those who are well aware with how the reservation pattern of various trains are defined, have and shall never accept this theory of preference to aged persons.

i have little evidence to put here since i cannot get snapshot of command line operated PRS terminals, but i can for sure as i have got it done personally. the PRS terminal has many a options which the charting officer can use to manipuplate the PNR, and auditing of charts or charting process is never done in railways, so even if a employee has manipulated the system he gets away with it
You need to check the PNR History of this train. Coz generally 60+ WL in tatkal gets easily cleared. Only due to vacant seats in other quotas, not due to SS/LB.
