Can anyone please tell what is purpose of this? It is not seen beside every track but at some places I have seen it.....this is captured between Bhivpuri Road - Karjat station.

may be...but on this route , these built squares are located very near to each other around 1km....& there are many around 10. IMO, it is not for gang man but for some other reason.
