As per the update on Jul 17 under Rail news-new trains, the train No.18519 is shown as bi-weekly train with new timings. Why this ambiguity.

I am under the opinion that the Indian Railways is unique as one Unit. Zonal units are only for administrative purpose but not to act independently.
