bro.. for safety purpose i want to take general ticket. it cost around 130 /- is it a good idea?
In e ticket they have mentioned as as passengers none of them are got confirm ticket they are straight away dropped from the chart and for partially waitlisted the passengers who have confirmed with atleast 1 ticket confirm or rac will have the others ppl names in wl will be appeared in the chart. if they mentioned names in the means they got their ticket confirmed. so is this applicable to tatkal?
in partially confirm e ticket whatever it is general reservation or tatkal the waitlist passenger name will appear in chart

1. Since it remained in Partial wl status, You must ask the TTE before boarding about the waitlisted passenger as the new press release says that waitlisted passengers wont be allowed onboard.
2.Waitlisted passenger status wont get automatically cancelled as this is partial WL PNR. If the WL passenger is not allowed onboard by the TTE, you must get a "no travel certificate" from the TTE and can file TDR online up to 72 hours after reaching the destination. If no...
