Indian Railways supposed to implement three language formula for national integration. But the administration observe this policy more in breach than in deed. Particularly the trains covering more than one state should exhibit the name boards on rakes in tune with the coverage. The zonal railways specifically arrange boards representing the state in which they are located Albeit the train runs maximum part in a state, the name boards do not find a place with the language of that state. For example the Konark Express (11019/11020) running between CSTM and Bubaneswar covers Maharashtra(500 Kms), Karnataka (150 Kms), Andhra (1120 Kms) and Odisha (160 Kms). The figures revels 2/3rd distance is in Andhra only. But the trains carries hardly Telugu boards for the guidance of travellers. Why this callous approach.
