RFIR~ 6831 blog postsBoth timings and days of frequency are quite inconvenient. Dont know whether it will be patronised and will serve its purpose. Leaves bangalore on sundays !!!! Passengers would rather prefer a departure on a saturday to save on a day. It reaches mangalore at about 5.30 in evening on monday and starts its return journey at 8.30pm i.e a gap of only 2 hours. So one can imagine is the train is late the departure from mangalore is further delayed

But still passengers prefer to travel via HAS, why would they go all way 840 kms instead of 440 kms ?
