I want side lower berth in 11039 maharashtra express in tatkal quota if availibility is 108,how can i get through online ticket booking????

First you think getting a CNF Tatkal ticket via IRCTC during opening of booking itself is a big achievement,later you can think of berth you wish..You can well exchange SLB with some one else usually its not preferred as much..
the IRCTC system . allotted SUB automatically if No avil SLB. SUB is surly you can get .
He needs d tkt in IRCTC CK quota. which may be little difficult, better for him to try at PRS counters.
