IR Should stop manufacturing icf rakes and start manufacturing hybrid lhb rakes...which will be a substitute of Normal ICF coaches... Apart frm manufacture of Pure LHB rakes....

As i said, LHB is new. for now, it'll b slow!! but as it progresses ahead, the production rate will also steadily rise.
