Now it is 8.16 AM .Ia m trying to book a tatkal ticket( am not an agent). Why it is showing service not available? Whereas tickets have come down from 32 to 20 in 3AC in tatkal in 2704> Anybody there? please reply urgent.

IRCTC Website is useless. Its not giving any benefit of booking Tatkaal Ticket. Theyhave also stopped Agents to book between 8 to 9AM otherwise we could have booked through them. Its really ridicules that IRCTC's purpose of stopping the agentis not giving any benefit to traveller although it is creating more problem for us to get struggle for ticket
