can anybody tell me that what is the cancelation charges if the seat status is in RAC ?

if the ticket is confirmed than what is the cancellation charges?
Please ask your query in detail like whether it is eticket or prs ticket as rules differ for eticket and prs tickets and also give detail of class as cancellation charges also differ for each class.
