i filed a TDR for a e- ticket (2 persons) as i have not traveled on that ticket.
but the rly rejected my claim saying that passenger traveled on that ticket.
what further can i do in the matter

If you can prove just send the a notice.TTE are doing this specially with eTickets resulting cancellation of ID/Agency.
