Help required:
I have a confirmed PRS tkt from TPTY to NZM for coming Wednesday (11-Sep-2013) by 12707. I will be boarding from SC. Just now went to PRS window at HTCY. The clerk denied the request of BP change saying that boarding change is not allowed now. How this can be possible? Infact boarding change is now allowed thru online also for jrny after 01-Oct, i.e new feature is added, whereas he was claiming that BP change feature is removed. What to do now. Please help..

Try at different PRS if possible at bit bigger station counters..You should have asked him what was new rule.There is no change in BP rules,only thing now they have given flexibility for Online ticket bookings to make use of booking point quota if they opt to...
today went @ 8am to HTCY . same person was sitting. i immediately returned bk. then went just now and placed request which was executed without any problem. Conclusion: Each PRS clerk is a rule humself :-P
