The weekly express inaugurated by Union Minister of Railways on 17/09/2013 at Puducherry.

Dono what is the use of running this train.a day time weekly express??????!!!!!!when already pamani is running in day time with less patronage in this route...
Return TT is like a Intercity...which will best fits with this cc, but the TPTY->PDY TT is horrible, the whole night journey without SL coaches, with the current cc it is very difficult..
In Return TT PDY-TPTY from pakala ( Dep:14:00 Hrs) to Tpty (Arr :16:00 Hrs) which is very horrible , the actual journey time between these two station is around 40 mins only..
