Hi,
If an E-ticket remail in waitlisted till chart preparation, it will get automatically cancelled and money will get refunded in the credit card/Bank account.
Can you guyz please confirm if this information is correct or not?

yes the refund is automatic and it takes a maximum of 4 days to see the credit reflected.
