I have made tatkal ticket but nw the train is late by 10:30 Hrs & Chart is not prepared..Should i Cancel the ticket and wil i get the full Refund or Should i file TDR.plz help me

thanks for the search up and wonderful initiative, but then that is for extreme cases. even i have lodged a complaint to pgportal once and got refund of tdr but that is one off case. there are lakhs of tickets being booked at irctc and thousands file tdr. 99% of cases are resolved by irctc and its TDR team. for the rest, one may go for higher centre. i am sure, even u mus hv got the refunds by simple filing of TDR. if every TDR claimer, uses pgportal to claim a refund for his TDR, then the purpose gets beaten. let him file tdr, wait for the refund, if some issues, then we can advise accordingly. straight a way suggestion of file tdr and lodge complaint at pgportal sounds out of place...complaint for an issue for which even irctc was not given a chance to refund the money?? this will...
