I have made tatkal ticket but nw the train is late by 10:30 Hrs & Chart is not prepared..Should i Cancel the ticket and wil i get the full Refund or Should i file TDR.plz help me

If you cancel, you won't get full refund but you get whatever you're supposed to INSTANTLY (2-3 days).
If you file a TDR, although you will undoubtedly become eligible for full refund but it'll take 2-3 months and is again subject to approval.
