I have made tatkal ticket but nw the train is late by 10:30 Hrs & Chart is not prepared..Should i Cancel the ticket and wil i get the full Refund or Should i file TDR.plz help me

File TDR, And Get the TDR receipt No.
File a Complaint in Pgportal.gov.in
they will Refund the Full Fare.
Today i saw the same case has been refunded
