I don't think bath will provide enough relief to this...looks like some paint mark on face :(
That looks like kinda grease!! will b washed off once it goes back to its home.
No idea if its grease or paint...it has not vanished though loco has run all around SCR including SNSI :) /blog/post/843454
It needs to get back to home for this. Trips sheds don't clean them mostly.
