Intermediate stations like GDR,NLR,OGL has to be given more seats whts the use in running with avails like this?
All ICEs not much of Pre-Booking can be observed many people book Gen ticket and get it upgraded to reserved ones on-board.
agree but trains run 80% full from mas (including reseverd pax + gen pax + currrent resevation) from mas till gdr train gets filled up and goes on

then how the intermediate people will book if they r getting PQWL ???
