If it extended to KCVL..I think extra pitline....and also it can retain its name since its only extended to its suburbs....and KCVL-SBC can be extended to TVC for direct connectivity to SBC.......MS-TVC Ananthapuri can be a connecting train to KCVL-UBL Exp,KCVL-YPR AC Exp from TVC......Well Guess so..
the connecting factor is true. But KCVL-SBC has PM at KCVL, Ananthapuri has PFTR in TVC. Obviously KCVL-SBC wont have day time PM slot available at TVC.
Parasu had PM at MAQ, but a Over night stabling line was available at TVC for Parasu. So 12678 can easily be extended to TVC. 12678 is a lean performer in case of reserved seats, I agree for obv reasons that patronage for ICE wont reflect in reservation statistics, but it can cater as a load reliever for JS,Ernad, Parasu, Venad and also UR travellers of Rapthi group, Netra, Sabari etc.

With the current timings looks unlikely to be extended till TVC. Towards TVC Venad Exp 10 min ahead of it and then following it will be janshatabdi in 10 min. The same holds true for the return journey. Janshatabdi arrives at ers at 9.05. Intercity current departure is 9.10 so too close and too tight schedules
