40 km from the town of Saharanpur on the hills is located the temple of Maa Shakumbhari Devi. The temple is one of the eight 'Siddh Peeth' Temples. There are cars available to take you to this temple. We booked a car with the help of the owner of the hotel where we stayed. It takes approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours to get there by car. The first part of the road was in a bad condition. Therefore it is wise to hire a big car like Xylo or Innova. At first devotees visit Lord Shiva's Temple or Baba Bhura Devji's Temple for Darshan and Puja. Then they go for the Darshan and Puja of Maa Shakumbhari Devi.
