Dear Friends counter ticket W/L 2 tatkal in secbad to vadodara today. porbandar exp is is confirm if not can i travel

What ever may be the ticket WL passengers after charting should not use reserved coaches...Can travel in Gen Class if PRS one,E-ticket get cancelled automatically.
u can but not in reserved coach.. It is upto TTE to permit. If any pax not turned up he may allot d berth / seat. but as per rules counter / PRS WL tkt can't board reserved coach, but can travel in UR / Gen. coach
Even if its Counter ticket you cannot travel in reserved coaches,unless TTE permits you up on availability in way of last minute cancellations/absentees.

well as per rule no entry in reseverd coaches but in sleeper class i don't think the rule is working strickly.

What ever it may be AJ Bhai,in some places it still strictly followed to restrict WL passengers using reserved coaches so can't take it for granted for SL class :)
