reduce it to 12 coach and it will run with 400 wl
upgrade it to 22 coach and it will run with 70 % patronage
and in one year most durontos will become sf

If coaches are increased the patronage won't reduce but the WL clearance will be more,if public get used to it patronage will in-turn increase..Really silly to say the patronage will reduce if coaches are augmented for well performing trains..
