this is tip and an alternative. Traveller has more option then we can think so it will add an extra alternative and its upto traveller that which alternative he/her will take,
But we are here to rate alternatives. If a simple WL gets confirmed when charting from Bangalore is done, why go for Tatkal? The alternative provided by you attracts undue cost.
