I want to know the refund rule (TDR) for a tatkal ticket which was in W/L at the time of booking but 3 hours before departure of train chart was prepared and out of two tickets in the PNR one of them was confirmed and other was in W/L. Both passengers didn't travelled.
I have filed TDR 12 hours after departure of train from source. Will I be eligible for TDR?

No refund shall be granted on Partially confirmed ticket against which none of the passengers has travelled, if it is surrendered /TDR filed two(2) Hours after actual departure of the train.
