Its too confusing friend..i would suggest, first of all stop comparing trains but try to get in slots/priority which the train been provided & dont stretch train to juice it out (the train u comparing with, gets complete maintenance break @ respective stations)!!
If this happens, if that happens...kindly carry on with what currently is happening!!
Kindly first get its speed increased, rest then u can fancy on how much u wanna juice or stretch out the train!! (Frankly, i assumed train arriving BPL @ 8 AM but 9:35)!!

hope u demanded y its slow for JHS-BPL Stretch, u got the reply...then y its slow for BPL-JHS, u again got it!!
Now, m not here for fancy stuffs, as route this here n there, speed here n there, screw maintenance and keep rake running!!
Seems u got responsibility to extend trains (AF-JP Shatabdi & now this)!!
PS: This again is one sort of blog, where the primary motive wasnt highlighted in starting post but slowly later on!!
