I travelled in Chalukya on 13.12.2013 from Kovilpatti to Kalyan.Since i am a heart patience with diabetic also.I take 10 strips of tablet for me and forget/ misplaced the sugar control Metformin formula GLYCEPAGE 500 mg strips.The train arrived around 5 am in the platform no 6 at Yesvantpur and start onward at 6.30 am on 14.12.2013.I found one* Lakshmi chemist and druggist*opposite to the ticket booking office which is closed one up-to 6.25 am.In the same platform no 6 i found *free medical center run by BGS GLOBAL HOSPITALS near the waiting room.Since inside lights are emitting I knocked the door. A person opened the door for 4 inches sleeping mood. I inform him that i need 2 sugar control Metformin tablets .He suddenly closed the door without saying any words.Please arrange to open the medical store m/s Lakshmi Chemist and Druggist at 5.00 am...

Since i am a heart patience i could not go to platform 1 ENTRANCE .I walk along the rear end last platform 6 .
