Dear Sir/Madam,
Why is the irctc.co.in is very Slow in morning ie upto 8:45am. I was trying to book the Tatkal ticket for Sunday Could not do it till 8:45 but booked through the Counter
Any Thoughts on this by esteemed Blogger ?

Sir, it seems IR(irctc is a part if ir) has virtually blocked eTatkal for all from 8 to 9am by 2way strategy.
1st- they blocked all IRCT approved agents(not gateways)
and
2nd-inefficient server who blocks all other legitimate individuals .
