IRCTC is not opening now. Any reason?
12840 is running via ASN which is arriving HWH on 22.12.13. My brother is in the train going to CRJ from HWH by JHANSI EXP from KOLKATA. As the 12840 is running via ASN, and hence it is required to cancel the ticket from Kolkata to Chittaranjan by Jhansi express on 22.12.13.
How to cancel the E-ticket now?
