That doesn't mean we can't book. Am I right? May be possible that Quota is less so it's get filled quickly upto CNB/LKO.

Booking is allowed. If seats are filled WR kya karega? Is logic se to pure India me 500 trains hai jisme kai city pairs ke beech availability nahi hoti because of rush.
