I have a tatkal ticket(Counter ticket) booked for friday but I missed it at my home. What shall I do??

Sorry friends to interruppt. But if I remember the train no/bearth/ and suppose PNR no. then can I get a duplicate ticket from the PRS? And do I need to pay again (Full fare+Tatkal ch.)?
