Just one suggestion:
We have numerous trains from Chennai to Delhi (about 11) following the same route.
Why can't one or two trains can be run via Chennai-Nagpur-Bilaspur-Delhi.
Although it will take more time, but still it will give a direct connectivity to a lot many places with Nagpur and Chennai.
