The list of accomodation facilities and the per day Rate chart provided & managed by TTD in Tirupathi (Not Thirumala) are as per the pic.

We got rooms at Vishnu nivasam...non ac were exhausted...but AC rooms at Rs 800 is not a bad deal at all...they even got their own FOB to railway station :)
One more thing to add...in vishnu nivasam there is IRCTC food court on the ground floor...food was good ..
Along with rooms, "lockers" (for keeping luggage) are available free of cost at Srinivasam pilgrimage complex (maintained by TTD). A Godrej is divided into 4 or 6 lockers. These Godrejs are placed in a common hall. There are 9 such halls in first floor. There are separate bath rooms and toilets for gents and ladies near halls. For booking locker, you have to go to locker booking counter (in first floor) and submit your Aadhar card photocopy (xerox). In Aadhar card photocopy, you must sign and write your mobile number. So it is better to carry photocopies of your Aadhar card. Don't worry, If you don't have photocopies of your Aadhar card, you can get photocopies in ground floor. After entering all required information, you will be given receipt and a key. Receipt and key contains information regarding hall number and locker number allotted to you.
