The price of food frm pantry is excesively high & quality is not upto that mark....the price of chicken meal is 130/plate....only a single piece of chicken will be seved, egg biriyani is 100....its better to order food frm nagpur comesum outlet....atleast worth spending

I Personally Have Traveled By Gitanjali.... There Are Some Restaurant Guys, Who ll Come Onboard With Ready To Eat VEG MEALS.... They Charge Around INR 125/- [ It Was 125 In 202]. You Wont Even Need To Get Down From Your Comfortable Seat... Non-Vegeterians [ Like Me] Still Got "Areas Of Concern]

Freinds, the problem is we do not the exact rate of the meals. If I want a veg meal I quietly tell the pantry boy that I want 'standard meal.' which comprises on paratha, rice, 1 sabzi, dal, curd/sweet and small packaged water. These people force extra stuff into the meal and the price becomes higher. If the pantry boy is adamant with the higher price then talk to the pantry manager and let him know that you are aware of the actual price. If they don not budge tell them you will file a written complain to the railway board along with other passengers. IRTC catering complaint helpline no is -1800111321. Just make sure you do not fight with them. You may use powerful words but the tome should be soft and nice, because they do not want other passengers to know exactly what you are talking about.
