the train is not clean and maintained, the attendants keep chewing pan/pan masala even while serving food.
toilets are stinky, coach always has some kind of odor.

Ye 12235/6 Rajdhani hamesha NFR mein GHY se aage Before Time Rehti hain aur chalti bhi hain agar GHY mein Agar ontime arrival se pehle hua to har station par before time aati hain is Region ki best Punctual Rajdhani hain. Matlab NFR ki Best Punctual rajdhani hain. WO hain 12235/6 DBRG Rajdhani.
iss baar meri kismat kharab hain isliye 12436 DBRG Rajdhani mein travel kar raha hun. Varna 12236 DBRG Rajdhani mein karta Trip to NFR.
In such situation, we should ask for complain book and register a complain in that book. take a snapshot of that complain. they will try to not give you complain book, than we can tell them that after reaching at my station I will be registering a complain against you that complain book is not given to me by train staff.
Now, 2nd PC is removed and extra 3AC is attached as permanent coach
