stands idle at CNN from 10 10 to 5 30 can be used as CNN lko memu
Seems correct, as there doesnt seem link for 64202-->64203 along with 64235 remaining Idle!!
But for sure, these Rake would get assigned as fillers, in case other MEMU runs late, to fill in the late DEP...as it become haphazard as MEMU remains late in between LKO-CNB!!
& if not, then certainly for JHS service, IR dont have to manage new rake but these spare rake can be furnished into service!!
