15 minutes ka stoppage hai. 20 minute me aaraam se lc hota hai mas aur hwh jaise bade junctions par bhi. agar 5 - minutes ka extra delay bhi hota hai to wo manageable hai. gkp-anvt me jaisa aggressive tt(with only 3 official stoppages) hai 12557 ka, wam 4 me bhi araam se ye cover kar legi extra 5 minute. azad hind exp ka example le lijiye dd me lc karke bhi bsl wam 4 le ke mast performance deti hai.

All the LHB coaches should be given to all the 130kmph fit sections on priority and operated at 130kmph on shadow slots just behind the existing Raj/Shat/Duro/GR trains.
This will ensure 130kmph operation of large number of SF trains in IR. Avg speed of SF trains shall increase drastically from current 55/65 kmph range to 70/85 kmph range depending on the no. of stops and route.
Presently there are mainly 3 130kmph routes connecting the national capital NDLS-MUM/ HWH/ MAS.

yes, that is consensus of the voting in the poll so far. but , while demanding lhb rake for trains we forget these things and get carried away by regionalism. some rajasthan RF may ignore this and get anguished over his state not having any lhb train originating.

to poll, they got all the new rakes. Some one says only high speed routes need to be given. Then what about other regions? There are hundreds of trains running in these routes. So only if they are given LHB coaches, then the old ICF coaches (which those trains had) need to be passed to other regions? Like hand me downs? That's what happened all these years. Hand me downs from SR to Karnataka divisions lead to anger , to protest and eventual zone creation. That's why Rajasthan got a new zone. New zones were created not to simply appease people. People have no idea or rather least bothered which zones their place belongs to. Its when step-motherly treatment and gross indifference is displayed to the demand of people, that anger grows for new zone creation or change of zone. Like the SR's PGT is behaving with MAQ termination of Kudla Express. CR's SUR refusing to change terminal of 22133 to GR even after construction of pitline.

Not everything is regionalism. Electrify, give LHB coaches, new E-locos to all these big cities and their enroute stations and send old ICF coaches and ready to scrap E-Locos to other places?

And finally if any Rajasthan RF demands for LHB coaches, I support him. High time all the neglected regions are given some succour.

The USP of LHB coaches is safety. Be it 130 Kmph section or 80 Kmph, if accident occurs, precious lives will be saved to some extent due to these coaches.

I believe lives of people travelling in under developed rail section is as precious and valuable as those travelling in high speed sections.

I totally agree with you that each and every state has equal right in lhbification. but for that concerned zone need to show some proactiveness in the following order:
1. try to remove maximum no. of psr/tsr and speed restrictions due to natural/artificial barriers as far as possible.
2. try to secure more and more unmanned level crossings ( max. in rajasthan and north eastern states)

(I have not included electrification as it has no direct impact on lhbification and whether or not a route is electrified depends upon that route's commercial potential.)
If they do that in reverse order they won't be getting much on the ground. On the contraray they would loose 4 coaches per rake( max coach limit in lhb is 20 ( excluding EOG)
as far as safety is concerned, lower the section mps lower the damage due to accident. If accident ocus in 130 mps section more human lives are going to be lost.
In the end, all regions have equal right fr lhb but its not possible to give all of them at once

रेल अमान परिवर्तन के दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे जबलपुर से गोंदिया अमान परिवर्तन कार्य का निरीक्षण करने रेल सुरक्षा आयुक्त सुशील चन्द्रा के साथ सोनवीर सिंह, सीएओ बिलासपुर, अमित कुमार अग्रवाल, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक, अंकुश कुमार मुख्य अभियंता बिलासपुर, वरिष्ठ मंडल वाणिज्य प्रबंधक, अर्जुन सिबल वरिष्ठ मंडल वाणिज्य प्रबंधक, सचिन शर्मा वरिष्ठ मंडल परिचालन प्रबंधक, एके सिंह, मंडल अभियंता (उत्तर), डिप्टी चीफ इंजीनियर गोरैया, बिलासपुर मुख्यालय व मंडल के अन्य रेल अधिकारी व कॉन्ट्रेक्टर आदि मौजूद थे।
शीघ्र दौड़ेगी ट्रेन
सुशील चंद्रा ने बताया कि रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त द्वारा ब्राडगेज परियोजना के तहत सुकरीमंगेला से घंसौर तक कुल 34 किमी का निरीक्षण पूर्ण कर लिया गया है तथा इस रेल खंड पर गाडिय़ों का परिचालन के लिए उनके द्वारा अनुमति मिलने के उपरान्त इस खंड पर रेल यातायात शीघ्र प्रारम्भ कर दिया जाएगा।
कई स्टेशनों का किया निरीक्षण
सुबह सुकरी से निरीक्षण करने निकली सीआरएस की टीम ने शिकारा, घंसौर तक ट्राली में ट्रेक निरीक्षण किया। साथ ही स्टेशनों की समस्त व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया।
रेल के नौ डिब्बों के साथ आई स्पेशन ट्रेन
सुबह लगभग 11 बजे 9 डिब्बों के साथ स्पेशल ट्रेन घंसौर स्टेशन पहुंची। जिसमें रेलवे के अधिकारी, कर्मचारी पहुंचकर कर सारी व्यव्यस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने पहुंचे। शाम 5 बजे के आसपास घंसौर स्टेशन पहुंचकर निरीक्षण किया। जहां बड़ी तादाद में जनमानस स्टेशन पहुंचा। लोगों की उत्सुकता है कि जल्द से जल्द ट्रेन सेवा प्रारंभ हो। शाम 6 बजे सारी टीम दल बल के साथ घंसौर से रवाना हुए। ट्रेन 100 किमी की रफ्तार से चली।
97 किमी रेल कार्य पूर्ण
नागपुर मंडल में छोटी लाइन का बड़ी लाइन में आमान परिवर्तन का कार्य जारी है। जबलपुर से सुकरी मंगेला तक 45 किलोमीटर गेज परिवर्तित बड़ी लाइन का लोकार्पण एवं इस नए परिवर्तित खंड पर नई यात्री गाड़ी सेवा का शुभारम्भ 18 अक्टूबर 2016 से किया गया था। सुकरीमंगेला से घंसौर तक कुल 34 किमी का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। तथा रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त के निरीक्षण के पूर्व अमित कुमार अग्रवाल, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक ने बुधवार 22 मार्च को इस खंड का निरीक्षण किया था।
इनका कहना
ब्रॉडगेज का सूक्ष्म निरीक्षण किया गया है। रिपोर्ट रेल ऑथारिटी तक एक सप्ताह के अंदर पहुंच जाएगी। इसके बाद शीघ्र ही जबलपुर से घंसौर तक ब्रॉडगेज पर ट्रेन का संचालन होगा। जो कमी है उसी भी दुरुस्त किया जा रहा है।
