Sometimes this train is made to wait at chikbanavara(baw) due to non availability of platform at sbc, happened once such that simultaneously two other trains 16512 & 20654 were also stationed on adjacent platforms at chikbanavara, 16212 departed first & reached sbc first followed by golgumbaz & bgm sf, but this train & basava takes too much time in sbc-mys-sbc section
had booked tickets in vistadome coach for short distance from sakleshpura to subhramanya road which was remote location waiting list 1 & 2, even that did not get confirmed. then booked ticket in current availability between sklr & sbhr, nevertheless the scenery of western ghats is awesome, must experience by travelling in this day train. ksrtc buses to kukke & dharmastala will be available at sbhr as soon as this arrives

It has to be extended till chamarajanagar then it will be one of shortest rail route between karnataka and kerala

avinashttglrh~ 605 blog postsTrain has a lot of slack in TT. Reaches almost 30-40 mins early in GNT and changes loco from Diesel to Electric. So, it stops in Guntur for almost an hr. If you are traveling to BZA, get down in GNT and travel by bus (takes less then an hr). You may reach BZA even before this train start in GNT.
